Dr. Joseph Ishmael Khan
He is an international project management practitioner with more than 20 years of consulting, facilitating and lecturing experience. Dr. Khan commenced his career as a Mechanical Engineering Technician and Mechanical Inspector with several industrial process plants in the Point Lisas Industrial Estate.
Dr. Khan presently leads and collaborates on development projects in Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Jamaica, Barbados, Belize, Bahamas, Grenada, Suriname and Germany, France and Spain for private and public sector organisations and international agencies such as the Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB), Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and Organisation of American States (OAS/CICAD), among others. Dr. Khan is also intimately involved in the evaluation of renewable energy projects relating to geothermal, solar and wind energy sources in the Caribbean Region.
Dr. Khan is an adjunct faculty with the Project Management Department, Faculty of Engineering and Department of Creative and Festival Arts, Faculty of Humanities and Education, University of the West Indies, and the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
Dr. Khan holds a Doctoral Degree (DBA) in Management with the Australian School of Business, Adelaide, South Australia; a Master of Business Management degree and Post Graduate Diploma from the Henley Management College/University of Reading, UK; Certified Associate Welding Inspector (CAWI) with the American Welding Society; and the Mechanical Engineering Technician’s Diploma from the San Fernando Technical Institute. Dr. Khan is also a Project Management Professional® (PMP®), Certified Project Consultant, Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and an active Certified Agile Scrum Master.
Mr. Ashmeer Mohamed
Mr. Ashmeer Mohamed, Director and former Corporate Secretary of K.C. Confectionery Limited, has 30 years of experience in international marketing. He also has more than 20 years of experience in Customs Brokerage and Intellectual Property.
He is presently the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Valuation of Intellectual Property Office and Director/Secretary of International Products Limited.
He is also the, a member of the Association of Business Executives, chairman of exporTT and past President of the Couva/Point Lisas Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Howard A.W. Dottin
Mr. Howard A.W. Dottin holds an Executive MBA from The University of the West Indies and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant.
He worked as an Auditor at Ernst and Young in his early career, before taking up the post of Field Auditor III at the Ministry of Finance. From there, he moved to Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited, where he progressed through several Account Management positions to eventually assume the role of Chief Financial Officer in 1997.
In 2000, Mr. Dottin took over as Group Chief Financial Officer at Guardian Holdings Limited. He also started to lecture in Corporate Finance, Management Accounting and Financial Accounting on the Masters programmes at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. He was later appointed Programme Director for the MSc in International Finance, and still serves at the institution.
In addition to his career portfolios, Mr. Dottin has served on different Boards, as Chairman at ASPIRE FUND Management Company Limited, and Director/Chairman of the Audit Committee at TRINRE Insurance Company Limited.
Mr. Dominic Rampersad
Mr. Rampersad, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of financial expertise, began his distinguished career as a financial accountant at the National Institute of Higher Education. In 1994, he brought his talents to Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), where his leadership has been pivotal across multiple key roles.
Rising through the ranks, Mr. Rampersad held positions such as management accountant, financial accountant, and business development project leader, spearheading projects that doubled PPGPL’s gas processing, fractionation, and NGL storage capacity. As vice president of Finance & Information Technology from 2003 to 2014, he oversaw critical functions in finance, IT, corporate legal, and project financing, while also serving as corporate secretary.
In 2014, Mr. Rampersad was appointed president of PPGPL. Under his visionary leadership, PPGPL has expanded its global footprint through strategic acquisitions, including the NGL marketing assets of Twin Eagle Liquids Marketing LLC in 2020 and two terminals in Texas and Minnesota in 2022. These transformative moves have ushered in a new era of growth and opportunity for the company, its employees, and its subsidiaries.
Mr. Rampersad is a respected member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Oxford Institute of International Finance. He also contributes his expertise as a board member for Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL), National Insurance Property Development Company Limited (NIPDEC), Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL), and Phoenix Park TT Energy Holdings Company Limited (PPTTEHCL).
Mr Roger Roach
Mr. Roach currently holds the office of President of the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturing Association. He serves as a Director of TTMA’s Board and is also a Director on the Boards of Evolving Technologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (eTeck) and The National Insurance Board of Trinidad. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lazuri Apparel Limited, and is the former Chief Executive Officer of Langston Roach Industries Limited.
Mr. Roach holds a BSc. in Economics & Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate and Commercial Law from The University of the West Indies (The UWI), as well as an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The UWI Arthur Lok Jack School of Business where he specialised in International Marketing.
