NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) advises of a delay in the publication of its Unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the Three Months Ended 31 March 2026. This is due to ongoing audit work related to the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, at TTNGL’s underlying asset, Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited.
TTNGL apologizes for the delay and anticipates publication of its Unaudited Interim Financial Statements for the Three Months Ended 31 March 2026 by 30 June 2026.
