Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) advises of a delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Interim Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2023. The continued delay is due to the ongoing audit work required by TTNGL’s underlying asset, Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited.
TTNGL anticipates the publication of its outstanding Financial Statements by 15 August 2023.
