NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) advises of a delay in the publication of its 2025 Annual Report. This is due to ongoing audit work related to the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, at TTNGL’s underlying asset, Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited.
TTNGL apologizes for the delay and anticipates publication of its 2025 Annual Report by 30 June 2026.
